On Friday, the FBMACE rebounded another 30.68 points or 0.7%, but still, it is resisted by the 14, 21, 31 EMA (as indicated by A). This suggests that the 14, 21, 31 EMA is still the dynamic resistance for the FBMACE, and the FBMACE is still on a downtrend. Support for the FBMACE is at 4031 WinChart Automatic Fibonacci Retracement while the resistance remains at 4398 WinChart Automatic Fibonacci Retracement.

The Bollinger Bands Width stopped expanding as a result of the rebound of the FBMACE, and if the Bollinger Bands Width should contract further, it would be a signal suggesting that the FBMACE is preparing for another new movement, while the FBMACE is consolidating.

As circled at B, the Stochastic breaks above 30% level, but failed to break above 50% level. Nevertheless, when the Stochastic breaks above 30% level, it is a signal suggesting a beginning of a technical rebound. If the Stochastic could break above 70% level, the short term movement of the FBMACE is expected to improve.

As circled at C, the MACD histogram formed a Rounding Bottom, suggesting an improvement of the short term movement of the FBMACE. Provided that the MACD histogram is still on the rise, the improvement of the short term movement is expected to continue.

Despite the improvement of short term indicators, the primary indicators (such as the Bollinger Bands Width and the Exponential Moving Average) is yet to confirm the bullishness of the FBMACE. In short, the FBMACE has to either break above the Bollinger Middle Band or the EMA, in order to break away from the downtrend for any rebound below the dynamic resistance line is only considered as a technical rebound.
