On Tuesday, the FBM2nd Board Index ended 11.80 points lower to 5199.72 points. As indicated by A, the 5226 level is still the resistance for the FBM2nd Board Index, coupled with the falling dynamic resistance (14, 21, 31 EMA), the outlook for the FBM2nd Board Index remains bearish biased.

The FBM2nd Board Index had its daily low at 1514.27 points before closing at 5199.72 points. This suggests that the 5153.15 is still the temporary support for the FBM2nd Board Index. If the FBM2nd Board Index should remains supported by the 5153.15 level, it is likely to consolidate. However, the FBM2nd Board Index has to break out from the dynamic resistance, or there are still more downside risk for the FBM2nd Board Index after the consolidation.

As circled at B, the WinChart RSI stopped rising after breaking marginally above the 30% level. This suggests that the FBM2nd Board Index is strength for the mid term is still weak, and if the WinChart RSI should fall below the 30% level again, it would be another mid term bearish signal for the FBM2nd Board Index.

As circled at C, the Stochastic remains at the lower portion of the oscillator, therefore, suggesting that the market movement for the short term is still weak. Nevertheless, if the Stochastic should break above the 30% level successfully, it would be a signal suggesting a beginning of a technical rebound..

Currently, the FBM2nd Board Index is consolidating at a narrow range between the 1513.15 support and the 5226 resistance, therefore, the direction shall remain unclear. Nonetheless, with the dynamic resistance remains in place, coupled with the low market volume, there are still no improvement signals for the FBM2nd Board Index.
