Despite some earlier gains, the FBM2nd Board Index was resisted by the Bollinger Middle Band, closing the day 9.49 points lower to 7152.46 points. Meanwhile, the Bollinger Bands width contracted another 7% on Wednesday, suggesting that the consolidation of the FBM2nd Board Index continues.
As circled at B, the WinChart RSI remains situated around the 50% level, which is the mid term neutral region. Therefore, the WinChart RSI suggests a mid term neutral strength for the FBM2nd Board Index.
As circled at C, the Stochastic %K line falls again on Wednesday while the %D line continue descending. If the Stochastic should fall below the 30% level, it would be a short term bearish signal for the FBM2nd Board Index.
