WinChart Announcement - English

As indicated by A, the KLCI breaks above 1655, gaining up to 12.39 points before settled down at 1661.47 points, up 11.72 points or 0.71%. The KLCI marked another historical new high on Thursday. Since this is only a first day of a breakout, and it is yet to be confirmed, thus we can not use 1655 as the immediate support. Nevertheless, with the KLCI above the 14, 21, 31 EMA, the immediate technical outlook is positive.

As indicated by B, despite the KLCI is making new high, total market volume only increased 11.59%, while still unable to break above the 40-day Volume Moving Average. Technically, this has failed to confirmed the bullish breakout of the KLCI, as the market is overall still quite.

As indicated by C, the Stochastic remains above 70%, in its short-term bullish territory. This suggests that the KLCI short-term movement is still positive.

In conclusion, due to the insignificant increased of volume, the KLCI breakout is yet to be confirmed, even though it is making a historical new high. But still, the immediate technical outlook is positive. Technically speaking, if the KLCI could form higher-lows, it would be a better signal suggesting a higher chance of a resumption of the previous uptrend.
