WinChart Announcement - English

As indicated by A, despite its early gains, the KLCI failed to break above 1655. At the close, the KLCI fell 3.39 points or 0.21% to 1648.22 points. The 14, 21, 31 EMA is still serving as the dynamic support to the KLCI.

As indicated by B, total market volume increased 7.39%, with volume above the 40-day Volume Moving Average. Since losers still outnumbered gainers (434 down vs 322 up), together with the KLCI still resisted by 1655, the market participation may implies stronger profit takings.

As indicated by C, the Stochastic %K fell marginally below 70%, and if the Stochastic should continue to fall, it would mark and end to the short-term bullish movement of the KLCI. This would also be a signal suggesting a beginning of a technical correction.

In conclusion, profit takings is still active on Friday, as investors confidence is still low. However, the uptrend of the KLCI is still intact, unless the KLCI should totally break below the 14, 21, 31 EMA, then the uptrend would temporary be interrupted.
