WinChart Announcement - English

As indicated by A, after finding its support from the 14, 21, 31 EMA dynamic support, the KLCI is forming higher-lows, gaining 4.39 points or 0.27%, closing at 1639.43 points. Resistance for the KLCI is at 1647.94 historical high.

As indicated by B, total market volume gained 13.37%, but volume is still below the 40-day Volume Moving Average. If the KLCI should test or break its resistance, more volume would be needed to confirm such bullish movement.

As circled at C, the MACD histogram is still ticking higher after rounding a Rounding Bottom. The rising of the MACD histogram suggests that the KLCI short-term is picking up strength, and the improvement is expected to continue until the MACD histogram should form a Rounding Top.

In conclusion, as the KLCI is forming higher-lows, while still staying above the 14, 21, 31 EMA, the technical outlook for the KLCI is positive. If the KLCI could break above the resistance, it would be extending its uptrend. Of course, a substantial volume is required to confirm such bullish breakout.
